Overview and Gameplay
Shaquille O’Neal is pulled from a charity basketball trip into the Second World, where he must rescue Nezu and defeat the sorcerer Sett Ra. Shaq Fu is a side-view 2D fighting game with Story, Duel, and Tournament modes.
Story Mode follows Shaq through a map of opponents, while Duel Mode supports one-on-one fights against the CPU or another player. Battles use health bars, timer options, best-2-out-of-3 rounds, normal strikes, special moves, shields, and character taunts or katas.
