Overview and Gameplay
Sky, the last free descendant of the Mystic Pantheon, fights through a magical realm to rescue Arianna and defeat Ashura. Skyblazer is a fast side-view platformer built around martial-arts attacks, wall climbing, boss battles, and a password-based journey across multiple regions.
Controls And Mechanics
- Sky can run, crouch, climb walls, jump, punch, and perform a flying roundhouse while airborne.
- Special powers are earned from defeated bosses and use mystical energy, including attacks and support abilities such as healing or time stopping.
- Green vials restore health, golden crystals lead to extra lives, and some stages shift into flying, swimming, or tree-climbing sections.
Version Notes
This is the European PAL SNES release of Skyblazer, published by Sony Imagesoft. The Japanese regional title is Karuraou.
