Overview and Gameplay
The 1992 NBA playoff field takes center court, led by the Chicago Bulls and Portland Trail Blazers. This Genesis basketball game features licensed teams and players, five-on-five matches, exhibition play, and a tournament based on the postseason bracket.
Players pass, shoot, rebound, defend, manage substitutions, and advance through playoff rounds toward the NBA Finals. Arcade mode removes fatigue and loosens foul limits, while Simulation mode emphasizes stamina and standard foul rules. Select stars can perform distinctive Marquee Shots near the basket.
