Overview and Gameplay
Winged warrior Wor crosses the corrupted planet Iccus, battling grotesque mutants created by a destructive virus. Gynoug is a single-player horizontal shooter built specifically for the Mega Drive, known in North America as Wings of Wor.
Six automatically scrolling rounds combine airborne enemies, environmental hazards, mid-stage encounters, and large bosses. Players collect shot-pattern gems, increase weapon strength and projectile spread with colored orbs, improve movement speed with feathers, and carry up to three magic scrolls.
