Overview and Gameplay
Arcade traps Spider-Man and four X-Men inside Murderworld, a lethal amusement park built around character-specific challenges. After Spider-Man destroys 20 security devices in the opening stage, the player tackles separate missions as Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm, Gambit, and Spider-Man.
Each hero changes the style of play. Spider-Man climbs walls and swings on webs, Wolverine fights at close range, Cyclops aims optic blasts, Storm navigates underwater mazes, and Gambit throws limited playing cards while escaping scrolling hazards. Progress depends on completing each hero’s stages before the final confrontation with Arcade.
