Overview and Gameplay
Nokko, a gun-toting schoolgirl, races through territories controlled by the Animal Academy alliance to rescue her abducted friend. This Japan-only Famicom shooter uses a behind-the-character, pseudo-3D perspective inspired by arcade chase-view games.
Six fixed stages move through steppe, desert, fire, sea, darkness, and sky settings. Enemies and hazards grow larger as they approach, making depth judgment as important as accurate shooting. Each stage ends with a boss, and finishing the campaign restarts the game while preserving the score.
