Overview and Gameplay

Marty McFly must repair his parents’ relationship in 1955 before his family photograph fades away. This licensed adaptation of the first film combines vertically scrolling street stages, three themed minigames, and a final drive toward the courthouse clock tower.

During the street stages, Marty avoids bullies, bees, pedestrians, benches, and other obstacles while collecting clocks to restore the photograph. A skateboard increases his speed, while a bowling ball provides a ranged attack. Reaching each destination leads to a different challenge at the café, school, or dance hall.

Controls And Mechanics

  • Directions: Move Marty, position objects during minigames, and steer or control speed during the DeLorean finale.
  • A: Throw a bowling ball when available. At the café, throw a normal milkshake.
  • B: Jump during street stages. At the café, use a Super Shake.
  • Start: Pause the game.

The final sequence requires the DeLorean to reach 88 mph as it crosses the electrified wire. The game is known more for repetition and demanding timing than critical acclaim.
