Overview and Gameplay
Princess Claire has been captured by a dragon, sending Ray Jack, Kaliva, Barusa, and Toby across separate trials before they unite for the final assault. King’s Knight is a forced-scrolling fantasy shooter in which the player fires upward, destroys scenery, uncovers items, and avoids being trapped at the bottom of the screen.
The first four stages feature one hero each. Weapon, shield, jump, and speed upgrades carry into the fifth stage, where the surviving party moves as a formation. Collecting the required magical elements and sword pieces is essential to defeat the final dragon.
