Overview and Gameplay
A lone fighter is sent deep into hostile space territory, pushing through six stages filled with shifting environmental hazards and enemy formations. The ship can fire in two directions, forward and backward, giving constant control over threats approaching from either side. Weapon pickups allow upgrades such as spread fire, homing shots, and explosive attacks, while option units can be positioned and adjusted to support different combat styles across each stage.
Controls And Mechanics
- The ship moves freely across the horizontal screen using directional input.
- Primary fire attacks enemies ahead, while a secondary fire covers the rear.
- Weapon upgrades change shot behavior, including homing and explosive patterns.
- Option units assist with extra firepower and can be repositioned for different formations.
- Player speed can be adjusted to match stage pacing and enemy density.
Version Notes
This European release follows the original NES design with the same six-stage structure and core mechanics. The regional release was handled under PAL distribution with localized cartridge production for Europe.
