Overview and Gameplay
In a future where cybernetic warfare threatens global stability, NOVA is deployed to infiltrate a heavily fortified enemy organization and dismantle its weaponized android program. The mission unfolds across multiple operations where players tackle nonlinear stage selection, defeat mid-level guardians, and acquire specialized suits that reshape movement and combat options. The boomerang-style Power Blade serves as the primary weapon, capable of striking enemies at varying distances while maintaining control through tight platforming sections.
Progression centers on clearing four initial operations in flexible order, each concluding with a boss encounter and a suit reward that expands traversal abilities. Later stages build toward a final assault on the enemy stronghold, combining platforming precision with enemy-heavy corridors and environmental hazards.
