Overview and Gameplay
Red Skull’s scheme to control supervillains pushes Captain America, Iron Man, Hawkeye, and Vision into a side-scrolling battle across enemy-filled stages. The focus is constant forward progression through action-heavy areas where waves of enemies must be cleared before advancing to boss encounters drawn from Marvel’s villain roster.
Each hero has distinct combat behavior, ranging from close-range strikes to projectile-focused attacks, shaping how players approach crowded fights and larger enemies. Cooperative play allows two players to advance together through the campaign, coordinating attacks against groups of enemies and bosses.
