Overview and Gameplay
Chuck D. Head, a bandaged creation with a face in his torso, must rebuild the shattered Body Island and defeat Max D. Cap. Decap Attack is a comic-horror platformer built around running, jumping, enemy attacks, item collection, and exploration across seven themed worlds.
Each world contains three rounds. The first two focus on reaching the exit, while the third requires a hidden body part and a boss victory. Coins lead to bonus games, and the adventure must be completed without passwords or a standard continue system.
