Overview and Gameplay
Whip Rush is a sci-fi scrolling shooter where a lone experimental spacecraft investigates a lost contact zone and pushes through alien resistance. Player navigates horizontal stages with occasional vertical descent sections, fighting waves of enemy craft and large bosses. The ship can switch between multiple weapon types including forward laser fire, missiles, reverse attacks, and a rotating power claw system that adds offensive and defensive reach. Progression depends on surviving stages and maintaining upgraded weapon configurations.
