Overview and Gameplay
Take command of Allied or Japanese naval forces across the Pacific War, balancing combat decisions with the logistics of running an entire fleet. P.T.O.: Pacific Theater of Operations combines turn-based strategy, resource management, ship construction, research, repairs, supply planning, and tactical naval battles.
Nine historical starting scenarios range from Pearl Harbor to Okinawa. Campaign goals include capturing seaside bases, destroying enemy fleets, or completing scenario-specific objectives. Weather, time of day, commander abilities, morale, fatigue, fuel, ammunition, and industrial resources all affect operations.
