Overview and Gameplay
Starting in one of the weakest teams, the driver must earn better cars by challenging rivals and defeating them across a 16-round championship. Super Monaco GP adapts Sega’s arcade racer into a deeper Genesis career with qualifying laps, championship points, team changes, car damage, pit stops, and password-based progress.
The cockpit view emphasizes speed, braking, traffic management, and track memorization. A separate Monaco event uses a position limit that can eliminate the player during the race, while Free Practice allows unlimited laps on every championship circuit.
