Overview and Gameplay
Gaia guides a small prehistoric creature through millions of years of life, from the sea toward the possibility of Eden. This SNES action RPG turns evolution into the main progression system: defeat creatures, eat food, collect E.V.O. points, and reshape the body to survive each era.
Controls And Mechanics
- Action stages use side-scrolling movement, jumping, biting, eating, dashing, and body attacks.
- E.V.O. points upgrade body parts such as jaws, horns, fins, tails, hands, feet, and body types.
- Changing body parts affects attack power, health, defense, speed, and jumping ability.
- Cleared map areas can be revisited, and the game is solo only.
Version Notes
This is the USA SNES release, published in English by Enix America. It reimagines the earlier Japanese PC-98 concept as a real-time side-scrolling action RPG.
