Overview and Gameplay
Exhaust Heat puts the player through a 16-race Formula One-style championship from a behind-the-car view. Race results earn prize money, and that money is spent on upgrades, tires, and turbo fuel before later events.
Controls And Mechanics
- Races focus on steering, acceleration, braking, gear shifts, and using turbo when it has been bought.
- Car setup matters: permanent upgrades improve performance, while tires and turbo are chosen before races.
- Damage can reduce winnings, so clean driving is part of long-term progress.
- The SNES version is a solo racing game with no normal two-player mode.
Version Notes
This is the European PAL version titled Exhaust Heat. The same base game was released in North America as F1 ROC: Race of Champions. The verified tag reflects dump status, not gameplay content.
