Overview and Gameplay
Agent Logan enters a sealed mountain research facility after a subspace particle experiment unleashes hostile intruders. Operation Logic Bomb is a top-down SNES shooter about exploring the lab, restoring systems, and destroying the source of the dimensional attack.
The campaign is arranged as interconnected laboratory levels with locked routes, transporters, terminals, maps, weapon pickups, and boss encounters. Progress comes from surviving firefights, finding the right equipment, and returning to earlier areas when new weapons open the way.
Controls And Mechanics
- Logan moves in eight directions and can lock his facing direction while firing, useful for backing away from enemies.
- Regular weapons include laser-based firepower and later upgrades, while special weapons include tools such as a decoy and timed mine.
- Data terminals provide maps, video records, or power recovery, making exploration part of the mission structure.
- This is a single-player game with a power meter, continues, and level-based progression rather than score-focused play.
Version Notes
This is the European PAL release. Its packaging used the subtitle Die Ultimative Herausforderung, while the clean public title remains Operation Logic Bomb.
