Overview and Gameplay
After a movie-premiere mishap, Jerry has to get back from the theater to his mouse hole while Tom and other hazards block the way. This SNES platformer sends Jerry through themed areas such as the theater, junk yard, toy store, and house, with regular stages leading to boss-style confrontations against Tom.
Controls And Mechanics
- Movement: walk, crouch, jump, and use a higher jump after bouncing on landing.
- Attacks: throw marbles forward or lob them upward to hit enemies and obstacles.
- Items: collect cheese bits for score and extra-life progress, larger cheese for health, and marbles for ammunition.
- Rules: hearts, lives, a timer, and stage-end score bonuses shape each run.
- Multiplayer: two players take turns, with player one as Jerry and player two as Tuffy.
Version Notes
This is the European PAL SNES release. The Japanese version uses the title Tom to Jerry. The verified tag is a dump-status note, not part of the public title. No special chip or accessory is required.
