Overview and Gameplay
Yu-Gi-Oh! Double Pack 2 contains Destiny Board Traveler and Dungeon Dice Monsters on one Game Boy Advance cartridge. A shared menu launches either game with separate rules, progression, and save data.
Destiny Board Traveler uses turn-based board maps. Characters roll a Summon Die, move according to the result, duel for occupied spaces, and place monsters that award Victory Stars. New maps and arrangements unlock through victories. Dungeon Dice Monsters centers on a 15-die pool, tournament battles, Free Duel, dice trading, and a shop for buying or selling dice.
Controls And Mechanics
In Destiny Board Traveler, Life Points and Victory Stars determine elimination and victory. In Dungeon Dice Monsters, summon crests deploy monsters, while movement, attack, defense, magic, and trap crests pay for actions. Each summoned die unfolds into dungeon-path squares, and removing all three hearts from the opposing Die Master wins the usual match.
The directional pad moves cursors, characters, or monsters. A confirms choices and actions, B cancels or returns to the game selector, L and R handle character selection, information, monster cycling, or tile rotation, and Start or Select opens options or chooses formations. Link Cable play supports competitive board matches and two-player dice duels.
