Overview and Gameplay
Bruce Lee battles through locations and opponents inspired by the 1993 film, including martial arts schools, movie sets, a stadium, and a final confrontation with the Phantom. Only Bruce is playable, with alternate versions used for multiplayer. Each stage presents one or two opponents, while successful attacks earn points and build Chi. Difficulty determines campaign length, with the complete ten-stage story available on Normal or higher settings.
Controls And Mechanics
- Mantis mode: The standard stance supports blocking, throws, and Chi recovery through successful attacks.
- Fighter mode: Increases speed while consuming Chi and restricting defensive options.
- Nunchaku mode: Extends Bruce’s attack range but drains Chi and replaces his regular punches and kicks.
- The standard controller assigns fast kick to A, fast punch to B, and a selected hard attack to C. Start changes the selected hard attack and assists with stance commands.
- Multiplayer includes simultaneous two-player story co-op and competitive battles. A Sega Team Player also enables three-player Battle mode.
