Overview and Gameplay
A shattered magical crown throws the island of Ishmeria into war as rival noble houses struggle to overthrow King Eselred. Gemfire combines turn-based territorial strategy with fantasy-themed tactical battles.
Each monthly turn lets you manage provinces, recruit troops, develop land, trade food, move resources, negotiate, or invade neighboring territory. Progress comes from expanding your domain, gaining loyal vassals, securing magical gems, and eventually unifying the island across one of four scenarios.
