Overview and Gameplay
A maze filled with shifting paths and roaming ghosts sets the stage for Ms. Pac-Man’s relentless dot-collecting challenge. The objective is simple but demanding: clear every pellet in each maze while avoiding capture from enemy ghosts. Energizer pellets temporarily reverse the hunt, allowing ghosts to be chased for points that increase with each successful capture. Between stages, short animated intermissions add character to the arcade-inspired experience.
This Genesis adaptation expands the arcade formula with multiple maze styles, including standard layouts and larger scrolling environments. The pacing gradually intensifies as enemy movement becomes more aggressive and level layouts grow more complex.
