Overview and Gameplay
High-speed platforming returns as Sonic and Tails race through West Side Island to stop Dr. Eggman’s plans involving the Chaos Emeralds. Momentum-driven movement defines each stage, where speed, precision jumps, and ring collection shape survival and scoring. Multi-act zones introduce shifting hazards, from industrial machinery to underwater ruins and carnival-style pinball layouts, all designed around continuous forward motion and quick reflexes.
