Overview and Gameplay
Rash and Pimple enter the Gamescape to rescue Zitz and Michiko after Silas Volkmire and the Dark Queen attack the Psicone virtual reality project. The game mixes Battletoads brawling with reflex-heavy obstacle stages, speeder-style sections, snake riding, bonus rounds, and boss fights across six main stages.
Controls And Mechanics
- Choose Rash or Pimple for the campaign
- Close-range attacks can trigger exaggerated Smash Hits as finishing blows
- Double-tap movement starts a run for stronger attacks and faster navigation
- Many stages rely on memorizing hazards, jumps, and obstacle timing
- Two-player simultaneous co-op lets both players tackle the campaign together
