Overview and Gameplay
Aliens disguised as sugary foods have captured Mayor Gooden, leaving Captain Novolin to cross Pineville and Mt. Wayupthar while managing his diabetes. The game combines a side-scrolling platformer with educational systems about meals, insulin, blood glucose, and exercise.
The player avoids junk-food enemies, jumps across hazards, collects the correct food items for the current meal plan, and answers diabetes questions for bonus points. The adventure follows two in-game days, with meals, snacks, blood glucose checks, and a logbook tying the action stages to the health-management theme.
