Overview and Gameplay
The Gouketsuji clan settles succession through outrageous martial arts combat in Gouketsuji Ichizoku, the Japanese Super Famicom version of Power Instinct. Players choose a fighter from the family tournament roster and battle through one-on-one rounds built around movement, strikes, throws, special moves, and character-specific gimmicks.
Controls And Mechanics
- Movement covers walking, jumping, crouching, guarding, forward dash, back dash, and double jumping.
- The fight system uses weak and strong punches plus weak and strong kicks.
- Throws, air throws, dash attacks, and recovery from dizziness add variety beyond basic attacks.
