Overview and Gameplay

Kirby is launched across miniature golf-style courses where each shot replaces traditional platforming movement with physics-driven precision. Every stage is built like a puzzle board, where clearing enemies and reaching the hole defines success.

The main loop focuses on aiming shots, adjusting power, and planning routes across obstacles. Enemy placement often changes the optimal path, turning each course into a tactical problem of angles and collisions.

Controls And Mechanics

  • Shot-based movement replaces free walking, using angle and power selection
  • Enemy elimination is often required before completing a hole
  • Environmental objects and walls influence bounce and trajectory
  • Spin and shot variations allow controlled direction changes mid-flight
  • 2-player mode is competitive, with alternating turns and score tracking based on stroke count
