Overview and Gameplay
Taz tears down road-like stages in search of kiwi birds before the timer runs out. Taz-Mania is the European PAL SNES version of the Warner Bros. cartoon tie-in, using a behind-the-back action-racing view rather than the side-scrolling design seen in other platform versions.
Controls And Mechanics
- Move forward, backward, left, and right while chasing kiwis and dodging traffic, traps, animals, and road hazards.
- Grab food and items, jump over obstacles, slow down, or use Taz’s tornado spin for burst movement and protection.
- The screen tracks time, health, score, and remaining kiwis.
- Bonus rounds focus on collecting items within a time limit.
