Overview and Gameplay
A $1,000 bankroll is the starting point in Vegas Stakes, a casino simulation built around reaching the $10,000,000 goal in Las Vegas.
The game includes Blackjack, Slots, Roulette, Craps, and Seven-Card Stud Poker. In Vegas Adventure, the player travels with companions who explain rules and give advice, while casino patrons may offer help, sell items, borrow money, or cause trouble.
Controls And Mechanics
- A places wagers and confirms choices, while B removes wagers.
- X ends wagering, and L or R checks rules or wager information.
- Select opens the companion menu for rules, advice, or quitting the current game.
- The SNES version supports alternating multiplayer, with up to four players in the original game structure; Poker is not used in multiplayer.
Version Notes
This entry covers the European/PAL English SNES version of Vegas Stakes. The Japanese version is known as Las Vegas Dream.
