Overview and Gameplay
Logan follows a trail back toward Weapon X, trying to uncover what was done to his memories and body. Wolverine: Adamantium Rage is a side-scrolling action platformer where Wolverine fights through multi-room stages, defeats required enemies, climbs surfaces, avoids hazards, finds pickups, and faces bosses.
Controls And Mechanics
- Wolverine can walk, sprint, crouch, dive, jump, punch, kick, slash with claws, backhand enemies, and cling to walls or ceilings.
- The Foes Remaining counter gates progress until enough enemies are defeated.
- Health pickups, full recovery icons, and temporary invincibility help offset the heavy damage.
- Elsie Dee adds time pressure by pursuing Wolverine between checkpoints.
- This is a single-player game with no two-player, versus, or co-op mode.
Version Notes
This is the European PAL SNES release. It is separate from the Japanese Wolverine release and from the Genesis/Mega Drive game, which was developed as a different version.
