Overview and Gameplay
Investigator Riber drives the Astro Fang across the Black Line, a dangerous highway on the devastated planet RS. This Japan-only Famicom action racer combines pseudo-3D driving with vehicular combat, branching roads, shops and a boss at the end of each of its six stages.
Fuel and missiles are limited, while score doubles as shop currency. Destroying enemies builds spending power, but collisions reduce it. Shops and colored power balls provide fuel, ammunition, barriers, side-mounted Fang blades, reinforced bodywork and snow tires.
