Overview and Gameplay
The Joker is stealing precious metals from Gotham City to build missile explosives, sending Batman through cathedrals, factories, sewers, frozen mountains, and an island hideout. This side-scrolling action platformer combines precise jumping with run-and-gun combat, brief jetpack sequences, and large boss battles.
Seven main stages are generally split into two sections. Batman starts with three lives, while passwords and unlimited continues reduce the cost of failure. Boss fights display numerical health for both Batman and his opponent.
