Overview and Gameplay
Sergeant Billy “Big Bang” Blitz must cross Demonhead Mountain, rescue the kidnapped Professor Plum, and stop a doomsday weapon. This NES action-adventure connects separate side-scrolling routes through a branching map, allowing players to revisit paths, locate fortresses, gather clues, and pursue two possible endings.
Progress depends on exploration rather than scoring. Money buys weapons, recovery supplies, and equipment such as Hyper Boots, a Jet Pack, an Aqua Lung, and a Super Suit. Power Hearts raise maximum health, while FORCE fuels special abilities after the Hermit is rescued.
