Overview and Gameplay
Scrooge McDuck travels from the Amazon to the Moon in search of five valuable treasures. Capcom’s acclaimed NES platformer lets players choose destinations from a map, explore branching stages, uncover secret rooms, collect diamonds, and defeat a boss guarding each main treasure.
Scrooge’s cane gives the game its distinctive rhythm. He can bounce across hazards and enemies, smash containers, and strike nearby objects. Keys and other special items connect certain stages, while optional treasures and fortune-based endings reward careful exploration.
