Overview and Gameplay
Guide a rolling marble through tilted obstacle courses where speed, precision, and route planning decide survival. The goal is to reach each finish line before time runs out while navigating ramps, gaps, and moving hazards across six staged raceways.
This NES version adapts the arcade design into a home console challenge focused on timing and momentum. Later stages demand tighter control as shortcuts and traps become more complex.
Controls And Mechanics
- Movement relies on directional control to steer the marble across angled terrain
- Speed bursts can be triggered for short acceleration at the cost of control
- Falling or collisions cause a respawn that consumes valuable time
- Two-player mode places both marbles on the same course for direct competition
Version Notes
The NES release is a conversion of the arcade original, bringing isometric race courses to home consoles with adjusted controls and pacing.
