Overview and Gameplay
A forest rescue mission unfolds as Gargamel captures several Smurfs, sending the player across wooded paths, rivers, swamps, mines, and castles to bring them back home. The experience blends side-scrolling platforming with set-piece sequences like log rides, mine cart sections, and stork flights, each introducing different movement challenges and hazards. Progression is stage-based, with rescuing key Smurfs and defeating bosses driving the adventure forward.
