Overview and Gameplay
Metro City faces a new crime wave after the fall of Mad Gear, as the Skull Cross gang takes over the streets. Final Fight Tough is the Japanese Super Famicom version of Final Fight 3, a side-scrolling beat ’em up starring Haggar, Guy, Lucia, and Dean.
Controls And Mechanics
- Move through belt-scroll stages, defeat enemy groups, pick up weapons and items, and face bosses at key points.
- Characters can punch, jump, grab nearby enemies, dash, use dash attacks, and spend health on Mega Crush attacks.
- The game adds Super moves, branching routes, and multiple endings compared with earlier SNES Final Fight entries.
- Two players can fight together, and Auto 2P mode gives a solo player a computer-controlled partner.
Version Notes
This is the Japanese Super Famicom release titled Final Fight Tough. The same core game was released internationally as Final Fight 3.
