Overview and Gameplay
Mountain-bike racing meets the Life Fitness Exertainment setup in this SNES release. The player chooses a rider and bike, then races behind-the-rider Mode 7-style courses filled with ramps, hazards, rival cyclists, and terrain that affects handling.
Progress moves through qualifier, regional, championship, and final stages, with later tracks opening after successful results.
Controls And Mechanics
- Bikes have different attributes, so the chosen ride matters for each course surface.
- Skill and steering-assist settings change wipeouts, punching, and how much help the player gets while turning.
- Ramps, bonus pads, damage, braking, skidding, punching, and grabbing affect race position and survival.
- A second controller can assist with punching and grabbing, but this is not a separate two-rider race.
Version Notes
This is the USA Exertainment Mountain Bike Rally release by Life Fitness, adapted from the related Cannondale Cup and built for Exertainment Cycle support.
