Overview and Gameplay
Eight heroes view the same fantasy crisis from different angles in this Japan-only Super Famicom RPG. The story begins around the Burningal continent, the Star Ruins, and the aftermath of Adam’s battle with the demon Jakou, then expands as new protagonists unlock after the first scenarios.
Controls And Mechanics
- Combat is turn-based, with side-view battles, equipment, experience, money, party members, and command windows.
- The chosen hero is directly controlled, while recruited allies fight as NPC party members.
- The hot-blood gauge rises when the hero takes damage and can trigger a powerful special attack at full charge.
- Formations affect party behavior and battle performance.
- The game is single-player only.
