Overview and Gameplay
The rebellion against Zetegenia is commanded from the map, not through direct sword swings. Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen casts the player as the Opinion Leader, sending squads across large areas to liberate towns, gather information, and defeat enemy commanders.
Battles begin when units meet on the field, then play out automatically according to formation, class, terrain, alignment, and chosen tactics. The campaign blends real-time army movement with RPG growth, hidden routes, recruitable characters, and multiple endings shaped by reputation.
