Overview and Gameplay
Indoor six-player volleyball and two-on-two beach volleyball share the same cartridge, giving the game two different styles of SNES sports play. Players serve, receive, set, spike, block, and rotate through matches using national indoor teams or smaller beach teams.
Controls And Mechanics
- Different face buttons trigger serve types, receiving styles, spikes, blocks, feints, and quick attacks.
- Timing matters on spikes and blocks, while directional input aims movement and attacks.
- Indoor play follows volleyball rules with rotations, substitutions, line calls, and scoring options.
- Two players can compete against each other or play together on the same side.
Version Notes
This is the USA SNES release. The Japanese version was released under the alternate title Volleyball Twin.
