Overview and Gameplay
Sheltem’s threat reaches Terra in a first-person RPG built around party management, grid-based exploration, and turn-based combat. The player creates adventurers, explores towns, wilderness, castles, dungeons, and caves, then grows stronger through quests, spells, equipment, gold, food, gems, and training.
Unlike earlier entries, enemies are visible in the world, so positioning and distance matter before battles begin. Progress is open-ended, with mapping, clues, survival, and character growth replacing stage-by-stage structure.
Controls And Mechanics
- The party moves through a square-grid view and uses menus for commands, spells, items, and information.
- Combat includes attacking, casting, blocking, running, targeting enemies, and managing party resources.
- Towns provide inns, temples, banks, shops, taverns, training grounds, and guilds for long-term progression.
- This is a single-player RPG with no versus or co-op mode.
