Overview and Gameplay
G.I. Ant enters Captain Rat’s Treasure Caves to recover scattered cash by solving domino-chain puzzles. Each single-screen stage asks you to rearrange special domino blocks, make one final push, and ensure the Trigger domino falls last so the exit opens. Across 100 levels, the challenge comes from planning positions, routes, time limits, and block behavior before committing.
Controls And Mechanics
- Movement: climb ladders, enter pushing positions, and move through doors while setting up the puzzle.
- Domino handling: most blocks can be picked up and dropped, while pushes are aimed left or right.
- Special blocks: stoppers, tumblers, bridgers, splitters, exploders, and vanishers change how the chain reaction works.
- Progression: tokens and passcodes help manage retries through later puzzles.
Version Notes
This is the European PAL SNES release. The SNES version uses Captain Rat’s cash framing instead of the original Quavers and Colin Curly snack-brand setup from the computer versions.
