Overview and Gameplay
China is divided among rival warlords after the collapse of Han authority. Romance of the Three Kingdoms II is a turn-based historical strategy game where the player rules provinces, commands generals, manages resources, and tries to unite all 41 provinces.
Six scenarios start from different years and political layouts. Each monthly turn revolves around menus for development, rice and gold, loyalty, diplomacy, recruitment, spying, troop training, and war.
