Overview and Gameplay
Guide a small car through scrolling mazes, collect every flag, and escape aggressive pursuers in BB Car. This unlicensed 1991 release reworks ideas associated with the arcade games Rally-X and New Rally-X, focusing on survival and maze completion rather than conventional racing.
Fuel decreases throughout each round and drains faster while the defensive trail is active. Enemy cars chase the player directly, while obstacles and narrow routes make planning an escape increasingly difficult.
Controls And Mechanics
- Steer in multiple directions, including diagonally, to navigate the maze.
- Deploy a temporary trail that causes pursuing cars to spin out without destroying them.
- Collect every flag to complete the current round.
- The game provides five lives and no continues.
- BB Car supports solo play only.
Version Notes
BB Car is an unlicensed Asian NES and Famicom-compatible release connected to the earlier 1988 games Mi Hun Che and Super Car. This revised edition includes altered presentation and is commonly associated with a level-select feature.
