Overview and Gameplay

Shocker’s experimental SD ray transforms the Kamen Riders and their enemies into compact, cartoon-like fighters. Kamen Rider Club combines side-scrolling platform action with RPG progression, shops, exploration, and separate pushing battles.

Players guide Kamen Rider 1, Kamen Rider 2, and V3 through five major areas containing 23 stages. Amazon, X, and Stronger can join as temporary helpers. Progress requires defeating enemies, earning experience, improving each Rider’s statistics, collecting money, and paying increasingly expensive stage-exit fees.

Controls And Mechanics

  • Movement: Walk, crouch, climb walls, enter shops, and navigate menus with the directional pad.
  • Action: Jump, slow falls, and struggle free with A. B performs a downward punch and confirms menu choices.
  • Battles: Rapidly press A to build attack power and drive enemies into walls. Special techniques consume TECH.
  • Progression: Battle victories award money and experience, while banks protect funds needed for later stages.
  • Assistance: A special item can temporarily create a duplicate Rider controlled from the second controller.

Version Notes

This Japanese Famicom exclusive contains Japanese text and uses the original Famicom second-controller microphone for one healing interaction. It is also cataloged as Kamen Rider Club: Gekitotsu Shocker Land.
