Overview and Gameplay
Mario and Yoshi sort cookies in Yoshi’s Cookie, a NES puzzle game built around sliding rows and columns instead of rotating falling blocks. The player moves a cursor over a cookie grid and rearranges lines to make complete rows or columns of matching cookie types.
Heart, Flower, Diamond, Check, Circle, and Yoshi cookies appear on the board. Matching lines disappear, the special Yoshi Cookie can help clear groups, and the one-player game ends if the cookie pile reaches the edges of the playfield.
