Overview and Gameplay
Frankenstein’s creature is rejected by Victor and forced through a hostile world of villagers, traps, animals, and monsters. This SNES movie tie-in is a slow side-scrolling action platformer with staff combat, item use, and light puzzle solving across story chapters.
Controls And Mechanics
- The creature attacks with a staff, jumps, rolls, crouches, and interacts with doors, chests, chains, and levers.
- Electric attacks can be fired when enough life force remains, but using them drains energy.
- Inventory items, devices, and parchments help solve obstacles and avoid some direct combat.
- Progress is chapter based, with passwords rather than battery saving.
- The game is single-player only.
