Overview and Gameplay
Bouncing bubbles fill each screen in Super Pang, the European PAL SNES version of the arcade bubble-busting game known in North America as Super Buster Bros. Players travel through world-themed Tour Mode stages, shooting bubbles that split into smaller pieces before disappearing for good.
Controls And Mechanics
- Move across platforms, climb ladders, avoid contact with bubbles, and clear every bubble before time runs out.
- Tour Mode focuses on stage progression, while Panic Mode is a 99-level survival challenge.
- Weapons and items include the single harpoon, double harpoon, grappling hook, machine gun, shield, clocks, dynamite, shoes, food, and helper creatures.
- This SNES version is single-player only, with no two-player or co-op mode.
Version Notes
This is the European PAL release titled Super Pang. The North American SNES version is titled Super Buster Bros., while Japan also used the Super Pang name.
